The Payment Options We Offer
We, at Crossroads Family Dental Care in Bullhead City, Arizona, understand that you come first, so our team is dedicated to service you throughout your entire visit at our office. From beginning to end, we want to ensure you are having a positive experience; therefore, we have provided you with various payment options so that you choose the one that is the most suitable for you. Please contact us if you have any questions.
We have chosen the following payment options for your convenience:
Cash and Personal Checks
Paying with cash is one of the most common and reliable ways to pay for our services. Since cash payments can be more convenient and quick, you may decide to opt for this method of payment.
Aside from cash, we also accept personal checks as payment for our dental services. Our staff will assist you in writing the check so make sure you seek their assistance and ask any questions if needed.
Credit cards are a very common method of payment these days. We accept various types of credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. For a complete list of the credit cards we accept or if you are unsure if we accept your card, call our office and we will be glad to verify such information.
Our office accepts CareCredit, a healthcare credit card that is used to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance. CareCredit is subject to credit approval, but once you are accepted, you can use it again and again. CareCredit is a great option if you're on a budget, in that you can pay for your dental expenses in installments. Ask us about CareCredit today! Applying is easy, and we are here to answer any questions.
There are various dental insurance plans today, and many of the plans fully cover or partially cover your basic dental work, including teeth cleanings, fillings, checkups and even necessary dental surgery. However, it is important that you verify if we are an accepted dental care provider for your insurance.
Since dental plans can vary in terms of services covered and accepted care providers, it is important that you talk with your insurance representative to understand your plan before your visit with us. Keep in mind that if your dental insurance only covers part of your services, you will have a balance remaining that you can pay for through our other payment options. If you are paying for your dental services through your insurance, please make sure to bring your insurance card and driver’s license or another form of ID on the day of your appointment.
